By signing up for our service, you (“Restaurant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern your use of TV-Orders’ marketing and advertising platform (“Service”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TV-Orders LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Service Overview

TV-Orders provides a subscription-based platform connecting restaurants to local customers through targeted marketing campaigns on connected TV (CTV) and digital platforms. The Service includes ad placements, QR code functionality, and other tools designed to drive customer engagement.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your restaurant.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.

3. Subscription and Fees

Free Plan: Provides limited access to basic features at no cost.
Paid Plan: Priced at $200 per month, offering enhanced features and marketing opportunities.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically until cancellation.
Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
Refunds: All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Your Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining your account information, including the accuracy of your restaurant’s address, menu, and ordering system links.
You must ensure your restaurant’s QR codes and ordering links function properly.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations.

5. Marketing and Content Use

By signing up, you grant TV-Orders a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your restaurant’s name, logo, menu details, and other promotional content provided for the purpose of creating and delivering ads.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Your Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
Our Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TV-Orders shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Loss of profits, business interruptions, or reputational harm.
