The Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for TV Orders, your primary responsibility will be to onboard as many restaurants as possible within your designated geographic area. You’ll play a key role in helping restaurants tap into the power of interactive TV advertising to grow their customer base. This is a commission-only position offering unlimited earning potential and the chance to grow with us. Top performers may be offered the opportunity to step into a Regional Sales Manager role, where you’ll manage your own team of BDRs.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with restaurant owners and decision-makers to introduce them to the TV Orders platform.
  • Build strong relationships with local restaurants, highlighting the benefits of being featured on TV Orders.
  • Provide a consultative sales approach to address restaurants’ needs and demonstrate how our platform can drive their growth.
  • Achieve and exceed onboarding targets within your assigned geographic area.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
  • Represent TV Orders professionally at local networking events, food industry gatherings, and trade shows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse restaurant owners.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (restaurant or tech industry experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with local restaurant scenes and the ability to identify potential leads.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to work on a commission-only basis with unlimited earning potential.
  • Reliable access to transportation for in-person meetings with restaurant owners (as needed).
